Ron Ahluwalia is the Director of Policy and Communications and College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. He previously worked at the College of Early Childhood Educators and was one of the original staff of the Home Construction Regulatory Authority, where he led the development of government regulations, Code of Ethics and policies. 

A lawyer with a broad background in government, legislation and regulatory policy, adjudication, and communications, Ron also served as Senior Advisor to the Government House Leader and Minister of Infrastructure in Ontario. At the federal level in government, he was Director of Policy to the Minister of Canadian Heritage, overseeing one of the government’s broadest mandates, including legislation at the intersection of culture and news media and technology, and online harms, and copyright.
